Webinar Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all individuals registering for any Indiakarobar webinar, including “Become an Online Loan Agent Program”

8. Registration & Payment

  • Webinar registrations are non-transferable.
  • Once payment is completed, access is provided through email or WhatsApp communication.
  • Users must join the official WhatsApp Community to receive webinar link, reminders, resources, and post-webinar updates.

9. No Refund Policy

  • All webinar ticket purchases are non-refundable, under all circumstances.
  • Failure to attend, late attendance, technical issues at user end, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

10. Access & Conduct

  • Webinar links must not be shared publicly or privately without permission.
  • Recording, redistribution, or commercial use of webinar content is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimer

  • The webinar is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee income.
  • Actual income depends on experience, effort, market conditions, and compliance.

12. Technical Requirements

  • Users are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a functioning device.

13. Changes & Cancellation

  • Indiakarobar reserves the right to modify event dates, timing, agenda, speaker(s), or platform.
  • Attendees will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

Online Loan Agent Program/Channel Partner Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in the Indiakarobar Channel Partner Program/Online Loan Agent Program (“Program”)

14. Program Enrollment & Payments

14.1 Payment Options

Webinar attendees have two options to join the Channel Partner Program:

✅ Option A — Full Payment

Pay the entire program fee upfront at the time of registration.

✅ Option B — Token Payment + Balance in 7 Days

Pay a token amount at the time of registration.

Pay the remaining balance within 7 days from the date of token payment.

Note:

  • Failure to pay the remaining amount within 7 days will lead to automatic cancellation and refund processing, unless extended in writing by Indiakarobar.

15. Interview Process

15.1 Mandatory Interview

  • After full payment is completed, the applicant must attend a selection interview with the Director of Indiakarobar.

15.2 Interview Outcome

  • Selection: The onboarding and training process begins.
  • Rejection: A full refund of all amounts paid (token + balance, if applicable) will be issued.

16. Refund Policy

16.1 Refund Before Interview

  • If the applicant fails to pay the remaining amount within 7 days, the registration may be cancelled.
  • Token amount is refundable if Indiakarobar cancels or rejects enrollment.
  • The token amount is refundable if the applicant does not appear for the interview after full payment, only if the request is made before the interview scheduling window ends.

16.2 Refund After Interview

  • If the applicant is not selected during the interview, Indiakarobar will process a 100% refund of the full payment.

16.3 Refund After Program Enrollment

  • Once the applicant is selected and onboarding has begun:
  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

17. Program Inclusions (Post Selection)

Upon successful interview and acceptance, the Channel Partner receives:

  • A fully functional Loan Agent Website
  • 90-Day Training + Mentorship
  • Access to tools, systems & dashboards
  • Operational guidance to work PAN-India
  • Documentation & loan processing support
  • Relationship Manager assistance
  • WhatsApp groups for support and daily guidance

18. Disqualification & Non-Eligibility

Indiakarobar may reject applicants who:

  • Provide incorrect or fabricated information
  • Demonstrate unethical behaviour
  • Fail the interview assessment
  • Are found to be unsuitable for representing the brand

In such cases (if rejection happens before enrollment begins):  → Refund will be issued as per Section 3.

19. Post-Selection Termination

After onboarding begins, Indiakarobar may terminate a Channel Partner for:

  • Fraud, mis-selling or unethical practices
  • Misuse of the Indiakarobar brand name
  • Failure to follow operational guidelines
  • Client complaints due to misconduct
  • Data misuse or confidentiality breaches

No refunds will be issued for termination after onboarding.

20. No Income Guarantee

Indiakarobar does not guarantee earnings, clients, loan approvals, or business growth.

Actual results depend on individual performance, skills, consistency, and market conditions.

21. Communication &Amp; Notifications

All communication, including payment reminders, interview scheduling, onboarding details, and training resources, will be shared via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Official WhatsApp Community
  • Phone calls

Applicants are responsible for checking messages regularly.

22. Amendments

Indiakarobar reserves the right to:

  • Modify program structure
  • Change pricing
  • Update terms & conditions
  • Modify interview criteria

Continued participation implies acceptance of such changes.

23. Services and Programs

Indiakarobar provides various digital services and business programs. These may include training, consultation, digital systems, automation tools, and partner opportunities.

Participation in these programs does not guarantee business success, income, funding approval, or financial outcomes.

Results depend on many factors including individual effort, market conditions, business execution, and external variables.

24. Fintech Program Disclaimer

Our fintech programs connect individuals and businesses with financial service opportunities.

However:

  • Indiakarobar does not guarantee approvals for financial products.
  • Commission structures may vary depending on financial partners.
  • Financial institutions and lenders make final decisions regarding approvals.

Participants must comply with applicable financial regulations and partner requirements.

25. Startup Funding and Venture Capital

Indiakarobar may review startup ideas and business proposals for potential investment.

However:

  • Submission of a startup application does not guarantee funding.
  • Investment decisions are made after internal evaluation and due diligence.
  • Indiakarobar reserves the right to accept or reject proposals at its discretion.

Founders remain responsible for their business operations and legal compliance.

26. AI Automation and Digital Solutions

Indiakarobar provides AI automation tools, digital systems, CRM solutions, and automation workflows to help businesses improve operations.

While these tools are designed to enhance efficiency:

  • We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
  • AI-generated outputs may require human review and validation.
  • Businesses are responsible for how they use automation systems.

27. Business Consultation

Our consultation services provide strategic guidance, recommendations, and digital transformation insights.

These recommendations are based on industry experience and available information.

Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

28. IT Services

Indiakarobar provides technology services such as:

Project timelines and outcomes may vary depending on project complexity, client cooperation, and third-party dependencies.

29. Payments and Fees

Some services or programs offered by Indiakarobar may require payment.

By purchasing a service:

  • You agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed.
  • Payments made are considered acceptance of the service agreement.
  • Refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated separately for specific services.

Indiakarobar reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.

  • Training materials
  • Automation frameworks
