Refund and Cancellation Policy

Here you can find all details regarding our refund and cancellation procedures.

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made towards:

  1. Webinar Registration

  2. Channel Partner Program (Token & Full Payment)

  3. Interview-based Selection Process


1. Webinar Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility (Within 72 Hours)

The webinar registration fee is refundable only if:

  • The participant raises a refund request within 72 hours (3 days) of purchasing the webinar slot, and

  • The request is submitted through the official channel:

1.2 No Refund After 72 Hours

  • No refund or transfer of the webinar registration fee will be permitted after 72 hours from the time of purchase.

1.3 In Case of Event Cancellation

If Indiakarobar cancels or reschedules the webinar, the participant will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free transfer to the next available batch.


2. Channel Partner Program Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Options

Participants may join the Channel Partner Program using:

  • Full Payment, or

  • Token Payment + Remaining Balance within 7 Days

Refund terms vary based on the payment stage and selection status.


3. Token Payment Refund Rules

3.1 Refund If Indiakarobar Rejects Application

If Indiakarobar rejects the candidate before or after the interview, the token amount will be fully refunded.

3.2 Refund If Candidate Is Not Eligible to Proceed

If a candidate pays the token amount but is later found ineligible to proceed, the token amount will be refunded after verification by Indiakarobar.

3.3 Failure to Pay Remaining Balance

If the candidate fails to pay the remaining balance within 7 days, the token amount will be automatically refunded, unless the payment deadline is officially extended by Indiakarobar in writing.


4. Full Payment Refund Rules

4.1 Refund Within 30 Days of Onboarding

A full payment refund is allowed if:

5. Interview-Related Refunds

5.1 Refund Based on Interview Outcome

Refund eligibility related to interviews applies only as per the payment and onboarding conditions stated above.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

6.1 Standard Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–10 business days, and

  • Credited via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6.2 External Delays

Indiakarobar is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Banks

  • Payment gateways

  • Holidays or non-working days


7. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

Refunds will not be provided based on:

  • Income expectations

  • Loan approval outcomes

  • Lead generation results

  • Performance or earnings

  • Personal dissatisfaction after onboarding


8. Fraud or Policy Violation

Indiakarobar reserves the right to deny refunds if a participant is found involved in:

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

  • Misuse of company systems

  • Violation of program terms & conditions


9. Refund Request Channel

All refund requests must be raised through the official channel only:
