This Refund Policy applies to all payments made towards:
Webinar Registration
Channel Partner Program (Token & Full Payment)
Interview-based Selection Process
The webinar registration fee is refundable only if:
The participant raises a refund request within 72 hours (3 days) of purchasing the webinar slot, and
The request is submitted through the official channel:

No refund or transfer of the webinar registration fee will be permitted after 72 hours from the time of purchase.
If Indiakarobar cancels or reschedules the webinar, the participant will be offered:
A full refund, or
A free transfer to the next available batch.
Participants may join the Channel Partner Program using:
Full Payment, or
Token Payment + Remaining Balance within 7 Days
Refund terms vary based on the payment stage and selection status.
If Indiakarobar rejects the candidate before or after the interview, the token amount will be fully refunded.
If a candidate pays the token amount but is later found ineligible to proceed, the token amount will be refunded after verification by Indiakarobar.
If the candidate fails to pay the remaining balance within 7 days, the token amount will be automatically refunded, unless the payment deadline is officially extended by Indiakarobar in writing.
A full payment refund is allowed if:
The participant raises a refund request within 30 days from the date of Channel Partner onboarding, and
The request is submitted through:

No refund will be issued after 30 days of Channel Partner onboarding, under any circumstances.
Refund eligibility related to interviews applies only as per the payment and onboarding conditions stated above.
All approved refunds will be processed within:
7–10 business days, and
Credited via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Indiakarobar is not responsible for delays caused by:
Banks
Payment gateways
Holidays or non-working days
Refunds will not be provided based on:
Income expectations
Loan approval outcomes
Lead generation results
Performance or earnings
Personal dissatisfaction after onboarding
Indiakarobar reserves the right to deny refunds if a participant is found involved in:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Misuse of company systems
Violation of program terms & conditions
